NOTE: Effective 07/01/04 on all construction projects there will be a non-refundable fee charged for plans and specifications in the amount of $26 for projects estimated to cost up to $100,000 and $52 for projects estimated to cost beyond that amount. Cash, or business, cashier's, or personal check, or credit cards will be accepted as payment (currently only Visa and MasterCard are accepted). A copy of the solicitations posted will be available for review at City Hall. Please contact the Purchasing Division for details.

The work under this contract includes, but is not limited to, crack sealing; placing asphalt concrete overlay; asphalt concrete pavement repair and replacement; asphalt concrete milling; Portland cement concrete demolition, pavement repair, and replacement; placement and compaction of sufficient aggregate base; remove and repairing sidewalk, curb, gutter and driveway; installing or replacing curb ramps; installing truncated domes; potholing; grading; surveying; constructing new concrete valley gutter and associated work; landscape strip area repair replacement between back of curb and sidewalk, if disturbed, including irrigation and brickwork; striping; placing legends and Pavement markers; repairing base failures; adjusting manholes, catch basins, utility boxes, vaults and monuments to grade; installing monuments, and tree trimming; traffic control, including all incidental and related work as required by Construction Documents herein (Project).
